EXPOSURE INCIDENTS
The majority of exposure incidents involving homicides, suicides, accidental or natural deaths have blood borne pathogens or other potentially infectious and contaminated materials present as a result of human body fluids, semen, vaginal secretions, cerebrospinal fluid, blood, unfixed tissue or organ(s),(other than intact skin), HIV containing cells or tissues, HBV containing cells or tissues, just to name a few. These incidents more often than not produce pathogens which can become bio-hazards to the environment.
CSR trained professionals are equipped to clean up, handle, transport, and dispose of hazardous and contaminated bi-products and bio-hazard material from homicides, suicides, accidental and natural death and clandestine drug manufacturing.
ENGINEERED CONTROLS
Although each respective scene may appear to be a repeat of a previous scene they are different because each incident has its own unique characteristics and source individuals.
PPE
(Personal Protective Equipment) CSR employees are trained to work in potentially harmful environments. CSR employees are trained to work amidst potentially harmful or infectious situations. All PPE used or worn by CSR personnel is state of the art and meets or exceeds the minimum standards set by OSHA or EPA.
Materials, Handling, Transportation, & Disposal
All contaminated, infectious, or hazardous materials are transported in TDH and/or EPA approved containers. Each protective container carries the respective identification labels for "bio-hazards" or other "hazardous substances".

General Liability Insurance
Our general liability insurance will protect our clients as well as their personal and real property against damage or loss in the event of our negligence or irresponsibility. Each policy is subject to subrogation as it may beccome appropriate.
Performance Bonds
We operate under an umbrella bond which can be subrogated on each contract vasis. This typically is exercised when entering into a Federal, State, or local governing ntity contract relationship. Bonds may be increased or individualized as needed.
Pricing/Quotes
Each "Incident" is vastly different and is priced respectively. Quotes are rendered upon completion of scene review. We do not give telephone quotes. All quotes or estimates are in writing. All work is performed within teh "Plan for Remediation" and the guidelines "The Contract".
